Which ERP and accounting software does Toppo work with?
Today we connect SAP (S/4HANA and Business One), Siesa, Siigo, Histoweb and Odoo. If your ERP has an API, we can connect it too: tell us which one you use.
Do I have to change my ERP or my store?
No. Toppo connects to the systems you already have. Your ERP remains the source of inventory, prices and invoicing; your store keeps selling as usual.
What happens if my ERP rejects an order?
Toppo saves the ERP response, shows you the reason in plain language and flags the order so it is never lost. Once you fix the data, you retry it with one click.
Can the same order be sent twice?
No. Toppo controls every delivery so an order is created only once in your ERP, even if the store notifies it several times.
How long does implementation take?
Connecting your channels takes minutes. Tuning your ERP rules (customers, taxes, warehouses, cities) usually takes a few days, and we guide you through it.
What counts as an order or a sync?
An order is each sale Toppo sends to your ERP. A sync is each catalog, inventory or price update between your systems. Syncs are unlimited on the Basic and Enterprise plans.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Toppo runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with encrypted data, restricted access and daily backups. We only use your data to run your syncs.
